A free, online, anonymous tool that is here to help you navigate resources for a child you care about who has mental or behavioral health concerns.
Who Should Use the Navigator?
Wisconsin parents, caregivers, or professionals can use the navigator on behalf of a child, adolescent, or young adult under 21 years old. If you are concerned about more than one child, please use the navigator tool for one child at a time.

Well Badger Resource Center
Well Badger is Wisconsin’s health information and referral service, connecting you to the social, health, and government programs available in your community.
There are six different ways to get in touch with the I & R Specialists at Well Badger. Their one-on-one services are available Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm through one of these ways:

- Webform: You can scroll down on this page and fill out webform.
- Live Chat: When visiting well www.wellbadger.org, there’s a blue chat box that says “Chat with Us” in the right-hand corner of the page. You’ll be asked for your first name, last name, and email — and then you can click “Start Chatting” to get started.
- Facebook Messenger: Our I&R Specialists can also answer questions via the Messenger function on our Facebook page. Just click “Send Message” below our header image to get started.
