Enough is Enough

Almost 9 months ago I decided enough is enough as I have a 2-year-old son now and am currently 5 months pregnant with another baby boy. Not only did I want to quit for my boys but also for my own health as I have asthma and smoking just makes it worse. I smoked cigarettes and vaped. I cut down on cigarettes then eventually quit them and then vaping I was cutting down on and eventually just stopped.

When I first quit I did have cravings here and there but I told myself no, [think of] your Boys. After 6 months of quitting, I haven’t had any cravings. The smell of tobacco makes me so nauseous and sick. My fiancé still smokes but he’s on the verge of quitting himself with Chantix. I will not kiss him after he smokes as the smell is horrible to me. My health is so much better since I’ve quit. Almost 9 months of no tobacco or vaping. When I did crave it I would chew on gum. Having kids have really made me decide to quit and my asthma.
