Five Months Smoke-Free

Antoinette’s Story

I decided I wanted to stop smoking when I was pregnant with my son. First off, I’m too pretty to be smoking, the smoke smell was unpleasant, it was just something to do out of boredom.

I played a game when I had urges and also walked my dogs. I noticed my teeth getting whiter, I have more energy now, and also no bad breath. You can start out small to reduce tobacco usage, do other things like chew gum, take a walk, start a hobby.

If you’re trying to stop I promise it’s not hard at all, it’s all about occupying your time the right way. I have been smoking since I was 16 years old, I am now 29, and I am 5 months smoke-free. It’s all about applying yourself and being consistent. The rest will follow, you’ll pick up tobacco less than you normally would. You really got this!
