Don’t Wait, Choose Now

When I found out I was pregnant I decided it was best for me and my family to make a decision. I had to stop smoking.

So my doctor told me about First Breath [and] I got a [Health Educator] and it was the best decision I could have made. I talked with my Health Educator all the time. We gathered other coping skills and things I can do instead of smoke, like chewing gum, listening to music.

Overall, it was a success. I’m currently smoke-free and doing much better. I could not wait to stop smoking and now I’m free.

If I could say one thing from it all, I wish I would have met was the First Breath program a lot sooner and to anyone who wants to stop smoking – work with First Breath program. It will be rewarding.

Make the decision today, don’t wait, make the choice now.
