Breathing Easier, Living Stronger: Briauna’s Story

I went from stressing when I exercised (I was really out of breath) to where I can exercise without breathing hard. I can play with my stepkids without any breathing problems. I can swim more and I can ride a bike more than usual, I used to have to stop for breaths. For everyone around me, if I can do it you can do it. All you gotta do is believe in yourself and everything is ok. I didn’t really have people to have my back but I had my own back and that says a lot more.

So thank you again for this program. I am still doing good for almost a month and a half now. I feel great! No more hacking up black mucus with blood in it, no more waking up with coughs, no more looking for something that wasn’t there. Thank you again.
